Our goal at Samantha Derrick Photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that the photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Samantha Derrick Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed ( i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo and then Samantha Derrick Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given to "not liking a photo", selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Samantha Derrick Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

Cropping of photographic prints is the clients responsibility during the ordering process. Any orders placed by clients without cropping the image to their liking during the ordering process are non refundable or replaceable.

Refund policy for Custom Albums, Photo books & Prints

Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these services there are no refunds on any order. All albums, prints and photo books are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds on any orders. Products cannot be exchanged or returned unless:

            • A manufacturer is evident and reported within 24 hours (1 business day) from the date it was received.

            • Damaged during shippind (a seperate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 24 hours after being received)

            • Or in the event that the order was erroneously process such as an error was made on the size, color or style of the book, print or album compaired to the original recorded order.

Policies:

All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax and shipping when applicable. Do to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints and products arrive up to 2 weeks after payment is received (but is normally less). All albums & photo books take 4-8 weeks as they are custom designed and hand made. Rush shipment is available for some but not all items.All rates are sugject to change at any time.
